Using proprietary social graph analysis technology, Little Bird empowers brands to identify influencers across categories based on both qualitative and quantitative factors.
Since then, Sprinklr has begun to incorporate Little Bird’s sophisticated feature-set into the Sprinklr Customer Experience Management platform, unlocking new ways to identify, engage, and learn from brands’ most important influencers.
