Comprised of CX experts from Sprinklr and beyond, our panel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. They will assess the nominations with a keen eye toward innovation, impact and the unique ways in which organizations are elevating the customer experience.

Mila Dantonio

Mila D’Antonio, Principal Analyst, Customer Engagement

Mila D’Antonio is a principal analyst on Omdia’s Customer Engagement team, where she focuses on enterprise applications that enable personalized and connected customer engagement. Mila provides analysis of the key developments in customer engagement applications and emerging tech that improves customer interactions and enables personalized, relevant engagements. Her research includes customer engagement platforms, customer journey orchestration and conversational AI.

Prior to joining Omdia in 2017, Mila worked as editor-in-chief at 1to1 Media and Peppers and Rogers Group, where her CX roots took hold.

LeeOdden Vegas

Lee Odden, Co-Founder, TopRank Marketing

Lee Odden is co-founder of TopRank Marketing, a B2B marketing agency serving many of the top business brands in the world. Lee has been evangelizing social, search and content marketing for over 20 years through the award winning TopRank Blog, as the author of “Optimize: How to Attract and Engage More Customers by Integrating SEO, Social Media and Content Marketing” and through hundreds of business conference presentations in 20 different countries. Lee has been recognized for his marketing expertise by the Wall Street Journal, The Economist, Forbes and numerous marketing industry publications. With over 130,000 followers on LinkedIn alone, he's a strong advocate of thought leadership in the B2B marketing industry.

Scott Harvey

Scott Harvey, Chief Customer Officer, Sprinklr

Scott Harvey joined Sprinklr in September 2023 as Chief Customer Officer to optimize customer-facing operations from pre-sales solution consulting through post-sales customer success and recurring services. Prior to joining Sprinklr, he served as Stripe’s global head of technical sales and services, with responsibility for the pre-sales and post-sales organizations focused on driving customer adoption and consumption of Stripe product offerings. During his tenure, Stripe saw revenue more than double. Prior to Stripe, Scott spent more than six years in senior leadership positions with ServiceNow, Inc., including SVP of Solution Sales and SVP of Solution Consulting.

Kelly Lang

Kelly Lang, Head of Global Corporate Communications, Sprinklr

Kelly Lang serves as head of Global Corporate Communications at Sprinklr. She is a seasoned leader with more than two decades of experience — known for driving transformative change, fostering cultural engagement and crafting compelling narratives that inspire action. Prior to joining Sprinklr, Kelly spent twenty years at Cisco, where she held key positions in marketing, partnerships and communications, including leadership of the executive communications function for the Office of the Chairman and CEO and his CXO staff.

Ted Ohr, SVP, Global Customer Success, Sprinklr
