Sprinklr’s Biggest Release is Here! 750+ Enhancements to Improve Customer Experiences

I’m so proud to announce the availability of our biggest product release yet! 

Over the past eight years as Chief Technology Officer at Sprinklr, I’ve been privileged to lead a tremendously talented R&D and product management team that has built an unmatched customer experience management software. I’m especially proud of this release, which has over 750 new capabilities. These enhancements are included in Sprinklr’s five products: Modern Marketing, Modern Advertising, Modern Research, Modern Care, and Modern Engagement. 

Highlights within each product include the following capabilities:

MODERN MARKETING:

We put more flow and less work into marketing workflow — helping you collaborate and get through your daily tasks faster.

THE PROOF IS IN THE DETAILS! New Campaign Details Pane. Accessing your campaign details and properties and converting your “to-do’s” to “got-done’s” is now more seamless than ever. A redefined details pane helps you search for and sort tasks and comments across messages, campaigns, and sub-campaigns.

PRO TIP: New Table View in the Production Dashboard. Like keyboard shortcuts? The new Product Dashboard table view not only brings you predictive search, column-level actions, and multi-level sorting, but also quick keyboard navigation, and easy keyboard copy and paste.

MODERN ADVERTISING:

Your imagination, our creation – a completely new Ads Manager and added Strategy Groups.

REIMAGINED! Ads Manager. Workflow improvements and a reorganization of content mean no more traveling between tabs or going down a multi-level campaign hole. Locate ads quicker; duplicate campaigns, ads or ad sets faster; edit ads and use keyboard shortcuts to get more return on your media spend.

BETTER IN NUMBERS! Strategy Groups. Assign a predefined Strategy Group to a campaign from the Ads Composer or Ads Manager to ensure that your campaigns are being executed as efficiently as possible. Strategy Groups include our most-loved capabilities like Smart Budget Allocation, Smart Bidding, Pacing Groups, and more.

MODERN RESEARCH:

AI TO THE RESCUE! Smart Themes Explorer. Powered by AI, Smart Theme Explorer enables you to discover top themes automatically synthesized from conversations using unsupervised clustering. Be informed of the ‘unknowns’ — underlying conversations, sentiments, shifts, and trends and dive into clusters to get more context and find actionable insights.

STAY INFORMED. Smart Alerts on Themes. Want proactive alerts about your brand, executives, products, and customer experience? Leverage best practice crisis frameworks to monitor, be alerted, and report potential crisis events using the Alerts Manager.

MODERN ENGAGEMENT

$$$ Shoppable Stores. Turn social into a revenue driver by creating and managing an immersive storefront so that customers can explore the best products you have to offer. You can link this storefront to your Instagram account to post and engage with all your shoppers.

ANALYZE THIS! Period-Over-Period Reporting. You can now analyze and compare campaign performance by selecting a matching previous period. The performance for both time periods will show in a single widget so you can benchmark performance and take corrective action.

SPRINKLR PLATFORM:

WATCH THIS SPACE! Embeddable Presentations. Embed presentations on your website(s), and leverage the power of Presentation Live Data™ technology across more channels. Access a new share option, “Embed,” which gives you an iframe code and lists a set of parameters you can apply – giving you full control over your embedded Presentations experience.

BRING ON YOUR BOT! Omnichannel Bot Protocol. Now isn’t this a feature name to get excited about?! Enable any external 3rd party Bot to participate in a conversation with your customer on any of the 10+ Modern Messaging channels like Twitter, WhatsApp, and Sprinklr Live Chat.
