Sprinklr is excited to welcome the newest members of the Sprinklr family — our incoming interns!
As part of Sprinklr’s ongoing commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion, we have partnered with INROADS and Symba to help identify and select outstanding students for our internship program.
For the next 6-8 weeks, these interns will work across our Sales, HR, Operations, Marketing, Engineering and Professional Services teams with robust projects that they will present to our Executive Leadership Team at the end of their internship. Each intern will have an assigned mentor and weekly professional development workshops to gain exposure to the business, gain new skill sets, and explore different types of career opportunities.
We launched this internship program founded in The Sprinklr Way: To hire extraordinary, diverse talent who are innovative and curious, who embody Sprinklr’s values and core beliefs. As we grow and expand Sprinklr into new markets and adopt new customers having a focused, talented, and diverse workforce is key to our success.
We’re looking forward to providing our interns with an opportunity to learn and grow; and for all of us at Sprinklr to learn from their perspectives, insights, and experiences. Please join me in welcoming our interns!
