March is Women's History Month– a month dedicated to highlighting the contributions of women throughout history and celebrating the many inspirational women who surround us today. Wondering how you can celebrate Women’s History Month 2023? We’ve got you covered with 10 inspirational ideas!

  1. Take the time to learn about influential women in history: Sprinklr is helping educate employees by posting short biographies in our internal We Care: Women Affinity Group Channel.

  2. Recognize women who are making a difference on International Women's Day (March 8th): Sprinklr is encouraging all Sprinklrites to shout-out women Leading the Sprinklr Way on their social channels. To keep this easy, but genuine, we’ve created thoughtful social post templates for Sprinklrites to use.

  3. Support a women's non-profit organization with your time and/or donations via Benevity: Some of our favorite organizations include United Women in Business Foundation, Womankind Worldwide, Global Fund for Women and Women of Worth.

  4. Support local women-owned businesses: We asked Sprinklrites globally for some of their recommendations and they shared, Pivot, Love, Bonito, Luminary Bakery, Ella Stern Jewelry are some of their favorites!

  5. Mentor a woman: At Sprinklr, one of our goals is to make mentoring accessible to every Sprinklrite. To do that, we encourage mentorship in all its many forms. This could be a 30-minute informal mentoring conversation with a colleague, or a more formal 3-month mentorship through our open mentoring program.

  6. Complete a LinkedIn Learning course: All Sprinklrites are provided with a LinkedIn Learning subscription at no cost to them! Some of our favorite courses include: Learning Your Org on a Journey of Allyship, Strategies for Women in the Workplace, Inclusive Female Leadership, and Thriving Across Our Differences.

  7. Read a book written by a female author: Sprinklrites shared some of their favorites include: My Own Words by Ruth Bader Ginsburg,Daring Greatly by Brené Brown, Untamed by Glennon Doyle, Brave, Not Perfect by Reshma Saujani, Revolution from Within by Gloria Steinem and Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens.

  8. Expand your network of women: Every quarter, Sprinklr’s We Care: Women group hosts a virtual speed networking event to bring together Sprinklrites from across the globe. We look forward to our next one on Thursday, March 31st, 2023.

  9. Follow inspirational women on social media: We are proud to amplify the voices of women and organizations creating meaningful change. Some of our favorite accounts for inspiration include @bossbabe, @amazingif, @feminist, @sheknows, and @ladiesgetpaid

  10. Support a female sports league by cheering them on: National Women's Soccer League, The Women's National Basketball Association and Women's Super League - all of which have games scheduled for this month!
