Abhinn Bajaj is a Senior Product Manager at Sprinklr, where he works on Sprinklr Service in the Artificial Intelligence domain, focused on developing and enabling high-precision products that enhance how contact centers and agents engage with their customers. His involvement with the Sprinklr blog comes in the capacity of a product subject-matter expert rather than a staff writer, and his passion lies in delivering exceptional customer experiences through AI-driven solutions. His contribution focused on how AI can make agents' lives more convenient by automating routine tasks so they can focus on high-value, empathy-driven interactions. He joined Sprinklr in 2022 and specialises in creating customer-centric solutions. Before Sprinklr, he completed his master's at MDI Gurgaon and ESCP Business School in Europe, interned as a Product Owner at the PayTech company Moona in Paris, and spent over three years as a Senior Software Engineer in fintech at Nucleus Software Exports. That blend of software development and product management shapes how he drives innovation at the intersection of technology and business.
