Akshat Goyal is a Director of Product Management at Sprinklr, where he is dedicated to helping brands harness the potential of AI and Machine Learning within the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) space. His involvement with the Sprinklr blog comes in the capacity of a product subject-matter expert rather than a staff writer, and his contribution focused on how brands can automate agent service quality management using AI, moving from manual sampling of 1 to 2 percent of cases to AI-powered scoring across 100 percent of conversations. He has spent his entire product career at Sprinklr, starting as a Product Management Intern and rising through Product Manager, Senior Product Manager and Associate Director to his current role as Director of Product Management. An MDI Gurgaon management postgraduate and DAIICT engineering graduate, he pairs strong analytical grounding with hands-on AI product experience.
