Drew Lazzara is an experienced editor, writer and content marketing leader with a career spanning independent publishing, executive thought leadership and B2B SaaS. During his time at Sprinklr as a Senior Content Writer, he brought a sharp editorial eye and a storyteller's instinct to enterprise CX content. He believes that clear, compelling communication is the essential thread in the value chain that connects the executive to the front-line worker to the customer, a philosophy shaped by nearly a decade producing content and thought leadership for senior executives at Evanta, a Gartner company. His roots run deep in the craft of editing. Before B2B SaaS, Drew served as a project manager and managing editor at the independent trade publisher Ooligan Press.
