Kanishk Tomer contributed to the Sprinklr blog during his time as a Product Analyst on the Sprinklr Service team, writing as a product subject-matter expert rather than a staff writer. His article explored the financial advantages of migrating to a cloud contact center solution, reflecting the hands-on product work he was doing across contact center and voice technology. Over nearly three years at Sprinklr, he grew from Product Analyst to Associate Product Manager, taking end-to-end ownership of products including IVR, Voice Lite and CTI, and led work on real-time data-sync frameworks and Gen AI integration into IVR. He has since moved on from Sprinklr as a full-time employee and is now a Director and founding member at RaptorCX, a CX implementation partner, where he continues to work within the broader Sprinklr ecosystem. He is an NSIT graduate.
