Kelsey Brockenshire is a content and UX writer who blends creative craft with a strategic focus on the customer. During her time on Sprinklr's marketing team, she contributed to brand and social media content, writing with a clear conviction that great content should make customers feel genuinely seen and understood. Her work reflects a sharp instinct for the human side of customer experience, translating enterprise CX ideas into content that resonates on a personal level. Since Sprinklr, Kelsey has moved deeper into experience design, working first as a UX Researcher and now as a UX Content Designer at CDW, a natural evolution for a writer who has always cared about how words guide and support the reader. That progression from brand storytelling into UX content gives her a distinctive, user-first perspective on the content she creates.
