Manthan Jain is a Senior Product Manager at Sprinklr, where he works on AI Agent and Conversational AI products within Sprinklr Service. His involvement with the Sprinklr blog comes in the capacity of a product subject-matter expert rather than a staff writer, and he has helped top brands build their Conversational AI solutions across Social, Messaging and Voice channels. His contributions centred on the practical side of that work, covering why conversational AI chatbots are effective customer care problem-solvers, how to boost customer engagement on WhatsApp and how to use conversational AI bots to improve CSAT. He has spent his career at Sprinklr since 2021, progressing from Product Analyst through to Senior Product Manager, with earlier experience as a People Analytics Principal Analyst at Anheuser-Busch InBev and as co-founder of MediPort. An IIT (BHU) Varanasi graduate in Electronics Engineering, he pairs strong analytical grounding with hands-on AI product experience. In his free time, Manthan enjoys reading non-fiction, listening to podcasts and spending time with his family.
