His involvement with the Sprinklr blog comes in the capacity of an AI subject-matter expert rather than a staff writer, and as part of the Sprinklr developer team he focuses on leveraging AI and LLM-based solutions to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency across various domains. His contribution introduced Sprinklr's AI-powered SDR Agent, showing how it lightens the workload of sales development representatives and streamlines their prospecting workflow. He has developed advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation conversational bots and fine-tuned LLMs to improve task-specific performance and adaptability, and specialises in developing and optimizing LLMs for FAQ bots and RAG while maintaining scalable ML infrastructure.
