LinkedIn Profile Analytics Now Available Through Sprinklr Integration

Follower Insights: Understand audience growth and reach
With Follower Insights, teams can now measure and track how audiences are growing over time — a critical social media metric for executive influence and credibility.
Key insights include:
- Total follower count: See how a profile’s follower base is expanding
- Follower growth over time: Track profile follower gains across custom date ranges to measure the impact of campaigns, events or content initiatives
These insights help teams assess the momentum of individual leaders and tailor social media engagement strategies accordingly.
Post performance analytics: Measure what resonates
Whether it’s a product announcement, a thought leadership post, or a behind-the-scenes video, LinkedIn content has become a vital tool for individuals to connect with audiences. The new APIs provide granular insights into how their content performs — at both the post and profile levels.
Here’s what’s available:
Single post analytics: Understand the reach and engagement of each individual post with metrics like:
- Total impressions
- Total members reached
- Total engagements (likes, comments, reposts)
Profile post analytics: Get a holistic view of how posts are performing with aggregate post analytics at a profile level.
Together, these metrics help content teams identify what works, what doesn’t and where to double down.
Video analytics: For the first time, video performance metrics are now available for LinkedIn profile posts (previously limited to Pages). This is a game-changer for executives using video to build awareness, share thought leadership content, or engage audiences. Available video metrics include:
- Watch time: The total time viewers spent watching the video
- Video views: The number of times a video has been viewed for at least two seconds
- Unique viewers: Unique viewers who made engaged plays on the video
