Henrietta is Sprinklr’s Senior Director of Product Marketing for the Social Engagement & Sales Suite. Prior to her tenure at Sprinklr, Henrietta was the Director of Marketing for Ecosystem and Innovation of IBM Cloud. In her 15 years working at IBM on enterprise software, SaaS and Cloud Infrastructure, she led product marketing and products for the Red Hat and Tealeaf acquisitions, AI-infused marketing, and CX analytics solutions — like Watson Assistant for marketing and automation software. Outside of her professional life, Henrietta can be found on the pool deck where she and her husband are supporting their two daughters who swim and play water polo at a collegiate level.
