Sprinklr named TSIA STAR Award finalist for Best Practices in Education Services for the second time

I am extremely excited to announce that for the second time in a row Sprinklr is named a 2022 TSIA (Technology & Services Industry Association) STAR Award finalist for Best Practices in Education Services! The award recognizes Sprinklr University as delivering outstanding best practice education services to customers, partners, employees, and the public.

For more than 30 years, the STAR Awards have been one of the highest honors in the technology and services industry, recognizing commitment to outstanding innovation, leadership, and excellence. 

Sprinklr’s recognition highlights the company’s commitment to empowering everyone from CMOs to practitioners to access educational offerings that help them get the most out of Sprinklr’s unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform and find new opportunities to be more successful in their careers.  

Sprinklr Education Services teams participated in the TSIA Star Awards for the second time, 2022 has been a year of robust participation with nearly 100 entrants (TSIA members), hence why the recognition of becoming the second (finalist) is a critical milestone on our path to becoming a leading innovator in this category.

This achievement would not be possible without the greatest commitment of Education Services team members to excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and Sprinklr Values. We came together to set a best practice approach to Sprinklr University and deployed it by passionately, genuinely caring for our customers, moving forward every day, being fearless to what is ahead, and never giving up. I want to thank everyone involved for their contribution and efforts to make it happen.

Learning experience with Sprinklr University

Sprinklr University's vision is to become the most loved Education Team ever by seamlessly enabling Sprinklr users to realize Sprinklr’s full potential from day one.

In the last year we have: 

  • leveraged well-established best practices, such as, on-demand certifications, new release enablement, contextual learning, virtual hands-on workshops and strategic account white glove enablement.

  • introduced innovative cross-functional initiatives to allow for smoother user onboarding and visibility to Sprinklr University's impact on platform adoption, such as: user adoption journey training (persona app contextual training), learning lab (hands-on approach), gamifications (points accumulation post tasks completions), etc

Sprinklr University includes the following learning opportunities:

  1. On-demand and free certifications via Sprinklr CXM University. Take free courses such to become CXM Pro, and publish it on your LinkedIn.

  2. Public training workshops. Virtual webinars designed to enhance knowledge of the Sprinklr platform. 

  3. Private training classes. We offer custom classes created specifically for any customer’s needs and delivered using their Sprinklr environment.
