Can you tell us about your role at Sprinklr?
I joined Sprinklr in 2013 and am based in Gurgaon, India. I’m a Vice President of Product Engineering.
Why are you excited to work in Sprinklr’s Engineering Department?
Two reasons:
- Amazing team — People at Sprinklr work hard and have an insatiable appetite for learning.
- Problems we solve — The problems we are solving for our users are quite interesting.
What’s the most exciting thing that you have learned as a part of this team?
Most exciting — and I believe also the most difficult — is mentoring other people. It is quite challenging to understand their thinking process and align them with the best way forward.
What makes Sprinklr’s approach to innovation different?
We believe in getting things done quickly without compromising on quality. Also, we keep on updating our code to the latest best practices so that we are always following the top industry standards.
