LINE, Japan’s Most Popular Messaging App, Names Sprinklr to Biz-Solutions Partner Program

Today, Japan’s most popular messaging application, LINE, certified Sprinklr as a partner in both the sales and technologies categories for LINE Business Connect within its new LINE Biz-Solutions Partner Program.

LINE Biz-Solutions Partner Program is an initiative with a select group of partners who are vetted for expertise and a track record of success in helping brands get more from their social marketing and customer experience management using LINE.

Partnering to Supercharge Social Engagement

Sprinklr announced its integration with LINE in 2016, becoming one of the first social media management platforms through which brands can manage owned, earned, and paid media on LINE – all in one place. Since then, Sprinklr has made it possible for many of the world’s leading brands to monitor and publish content, and run social advertising through LINE.

Sprinklr has continued to evolve with LINE to deliver a seamless customer experience for enterprise brands, and we’re proud to be recognized as the future of the LINE ecosystem.

Building For the Future

Launched in 2011, LINE is now a household name in Japan and across Asia. Today, 71 million people in Japan – about half of the country’s mobile phone users – and roughly 130 million others overseas use LINE.

On any given day, the service handles more than 27 billion messages, many of them between brands and customers as a growing number of consumers prefer social and messaging apps to communicate with brands. Many delivery companies in Japan have their call centers use LINE as an alternative to a toll-free number.

Unfortunately, many businesses struggle to provide the efficient, personalized messaging interactions that consumers are looking for on messaging apps like LINE. This expansion of the Sprinklr and LINE partnership makes it easy for businesses to manage customer care and engagement, while gaining robust data and reporting insights from customer conversations.

As part of LINE’s Biz-Solutions Partner Program, Sprinklr will have direct involvement in the development and implementation of LINE’s latest technologies.
