As the Chief Culture and Talent Officer of Sprinklr, I’m incredibly proud that our company is certified as a “Great Place to Work.” Thank you to each and every employee based in the U.S. who took the time to share your feedback on what we are doing as a company, and how we can continue to improve.

This certification is because of you and your commitment to creating a great place to work by living The Sprinklr Way – the foundation of our core values. Whether you’ve been here for five days, five months, or five years – your input matters. Being certified as a “Great Place to Work” doesn’t mean we’re perfect or get it right all the time. But what separates good from great are the companies that deeply care and listen. We are committed to listening and learning from you in addition to our customers and partners to continuously build a great workplace.

Thriving Personally and Professionally at Sprinklr

I recently partnered with our CEO/Founder Ragy Thomas in a presentation at the virtual HR Transform Spring Summit. Our session was focused on rethinking a thriving culture in a remote workplace. Other speakers also focused on new ways of working in light of the pandemic, and at the end of the event the takeaway was clear – employees want to find a work environment where they can be their healthiest and happiest selves.

At Sprinklr, I’m proud of our focus on helping employees thrive personally and professionally. From virtual mindfulness and fitness courses to doubling down on our culture of belonging and implementing daily “heartbeat” calls, we’re doing our best to listen to our employees and respond with programs that contribute to their overall wellbeing.

As we often say at Sprinklr, we’re at our best when we’re happier. Ragy and our leadership team strive for every person to “be happier today than they were yesterday; happier this month than last; and happier this year than last year.” This is why every employee – including our leaders – are asked to rate their happiness on a scale of 1 to 10 each quarter and provide three recommendations to improve their happiness. We want employees to have a once-in-a-lifetime, happier experience at Sprinklr.

Thank you again to every Sprinklrite for sharing your experiences and making us a Great Place to Work-Certified company.
