To determine the Fortune Best Workplaces in New York™ List, Great Place To Work collected more than 170,000 confidential survey responses from team members at eligible companies.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our U.S. Sprinklrites for sharing your feedback and experiences as part of the Great Place to Work Survey. You are the foundation of our culture and we are committed to acting on the feedback you provide to help you be at your best personally and professionally.
This award is especially meaningful given that our global headquarters is located in New York. Behind the scenes, our incredible workplace team has been instrumental in bringing to life imaginative ways to celebrate and recognize the Sprinklrites in our New York City office. In particular, we would like to recognize the exceptional efforts of Tony Vargas, Lo Jackson, and Vanessa Holguin. Sprinklr's New York office stands out for its distinctive culture, which is brought to life through various initiatives. The Sprinklr Socialite program, which encourages employees to connect and engage with one another in-person, stands out as a favorite. From memorable happy hours to team-building activities, these events strengthen our Sprinklrites’ connection and community.
Our commitment to our people doesn't stop there! We've listened to our Sprinklrites’ Employee Delight Assurance Program (EDAP) feedback, and we're taking it to heart. Two key themes emerged—investing in our people and boosting productivity.
This year, we launched our “Moments that Matter” global leadership training to teach our leaders how to live and lead “The Sprinklr Way” – a culture where leaders demonstrate “kindness and caring” AND “high performance.” One big element of this is for leaders to encourage Sprinklrites to invest in their mental health through our wellness offerings, like the Sprinklr Happier Program, daily live mindfulness and meditation sessions, global movement challenges, and access to free and confidential support through the Employee Assistance Program. We've also sharpened our focus, establishing four company-wide priorities for all Sprinklrites. By zeroing in on these priorities, we can channel our collective energy to achieve amazing things.
