Can you share more about your role and what you do at Sprinklr?

I am a backend engineer at Sprinklr, currently leading the API & Integrations team. As a developer, I am expected to build and deliver whatever the company demands. As a leader, my responsibilities extend to not just train and coach the team I am working with but also keep them motivated and happy. My team currently builds and maintains out-of-box integrations and Sprinklr APIs.

What’s one of the most rewarding parts of working in Sprinklr’s Engineering Department?

Enjoying your work is very important if you want to stay motivated and achieve results. Taking ownership and recognizing responsibilities always helps, both in your personal and professional life.

What’s the energy like working in your department?

We never stop. We continue to learn new things and apply that knowledge. Keep experimenting with newer and better technologies and use them across functions.

What’s a Sprinklr value that particularly resonates for you?

Never, ever, ever ever ever ever give up. Keep moving forward!

What makes Sprinklr’s approach to innovation different?

The speed at which we build products and features is amazing. Also in the recent years, there has been a lot of focus on AI within the company, and AI has been integrated with a lot of our product features.
