Sprinklr’s CEO/Founder Ragy Thomas often says that everything Sprinklr has achieved was “written in the stars.” When I look back at our 12 year history, I see what he means — we seemed destined to be where we are today because we’ve been lucky to have an extraordinary vision for unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM), strong values in The Sprinklr Way, the world’s most valuable brands as customers, and an unmatched Sprinklr family.

Why is it important to celebrate our 12th birthday? Because our 12th year has been a milestone in our history for so many reasons. It’s the year that our “never, ever, ever give up” core value was celebrated as we became a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange: CXM. It’s the year that everything we’ve been building over the past decade was celebrated, and the opportunity ahead of us became incredibly clear:
