Sprinklr Named Best Workplace in 2021 by Inc. Magazine

This has been an incredibly exciting year so far for Sprinklr – after recently being certified as a “Great Place to Work” – I’m proud to say we’re maintaining our momentum and are named to Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2021 list. This list reflects a comprehensive assessment of private companies based in the U.S. that offer vibrant work cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits.

Our goal is for all of our employees to thrive personally and professionally. Throughout the Covid pandemic, I continue to be humbled by the empathy, compassion, and care our employees are sharing toward one another. I’m so proud of how our Sprinklrites welcome new members into our culture of belonging – inclusive and judgment free.

As part of the process for making Inc.’s list, we surveyed employees on topics of management, perks, trust, and confidence in the company’s future.
